You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By registering an account, you confirm that using our services is lawful in your country of residence.
AureliCrest provides managed investment plans as described on our website. Returns are credited according to the terms of the plan you select. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any plan, with reasonable notice to active participants.
All investments carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should never invest funds you cannot afford to lose, and you are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before investing.
Deposits are credited after the required network or payment confirmations. Withdrawal requests are processed according to the withdrawal type stated in your plan. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details; transactions sent to incorrect details you supplied cannot be reversed.
Members may earn referral commissions of up to 9% when new users register and invest through their unique affiliate link. Self-referrals, fake accounts or any attempt to manipulate the program will result in forfeiture of commissions and possible account suspension.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@aurelicrest.com if you suspect any unauthorized access.
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing, creation of multiple accounts, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities and to report them to the relevant authorities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AureliCrest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
